Razza Del Casalone, housed in an ancient 18th century farmhouse, overlooks the city of Grosseto and is located on the Strada delle Collacchie which leads to Marina di Grosseto, about 2.5 km from the railway station.
Over the years the city has advanced, approaching the eighteenth-century farmhouse, which maintains its original appearance in stone and overlooks a large garden and a centuries-old park.

In the garden facing the main building, the ancient horse stables of the “Razza del Casalone” horse breeding farm have been lately refurbished and now host 7 identical small apartments

Right in front of the main building and the former horse breeding stables is a wide garden with many pine trees; it is lit at night and equipped with tables and chairs.
The farmhouse also has a swimming pool (7x15m), open from May to October and a private parking.

"The Secret Garden"
The gate of the Casalone Race opens. “The secret garden” comes to mind. No more Grosseto, almost. A timeless place. The farmhouse is welcoming. The large room on the ground floor can accommodate large groups, welcome them and make them feel at home with long tables, steaming pots coming out of the kitchen and giant coffee machines. The apartments look like mountain huts. They are clean and comfortable. Why would I recommend the Razza del Casalone? because the value for money is excellent. The place is central. Staff always ready for any emergency. great escape from the city ….. in the city.

Beautiful location surrounded by nature, it is located in a strategic position as you can reach the beaches and the center of Grosseto in a few minutes. Very welcoming and cared for, the apartment is equipped with every comfort. There is a beautiful swimming pool and private parking. Surely I will return very soon to be able to spend other days in total relaxation and disconnect from the usual city routine.

Razza del Casalone is strategic, five minutes away there is a shopping center with a large supermarket, 10 minutes by car you are in the city center and 15 minutes from the beach of Principina Mare, in addition to the proximity to the Aurelia which makes it easy to be reached. It is a successful recovery of an old farmhouse and an annexed building, in which mini apartments have been created. The apartment where we stayed was large, clean and with all the comforts, such as air conditioning, a large bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen, all working without problems. There was a sofa bed in the living room and an LCD TV. There is the possibility of having free wi-fi. In the large garden there is a swimming pool, a small playground for children, and lots of green spaces available for guests.
